Description
Our Building Maintenance Division provides preventive, corrective and emergency maintenance for existing and operational buildings, supporting the continuous, safe and efficient operation of facilities.
Our scope covers civil and building maintenance, architectural elements, electrical and mechanical systems, HVAC, plumbing and sanitary systems, internal and external finishes, doors, windows and hardware. Roof and waterproofing maintenance helps address building fabric needs, while minor modification and upgrading works support changing facility requirements.
The maintenance programme is agreed around the condition of the building, system needs and operational priorities. Planned visits, fault diagnosis and corrective work are coordinated with the facility team; emergency response arrangements are confirmed in the service scope.
