Our General Construction Division provides comprehensive construction, renovation, rehabilitation, modification and interior fit-out services for commercial, administrative, industrial, institutional and other facilities.
Our scope covers complete building construction, civil and structural works, architectural works, building renovation and rehabilitation, interior fit-outs, external works and site development. Specialist concrete services include concrete repair and rehabilitation, shotcrete or sprayed concrete, and repairs to structural and non-structural elements. We also undertake building modification and upgrading works.
Each project starts with a review of the required scope, available drawings and site conditions. Material checks, site supervision and coordination guide execution, followed by the agreed inspections and handover activities.
